At the end of the courtyard, No.23 is a modern construction. The courtyard, bordered by trees,is luminous and calm. On the ground floor you will find the Sainte Agnès Hall (75 m2), and two additional studios on the first floor.

Originally a public wash house, this space hosts many workshops in the spacious "Enfer" Hall on the ground floor (120 m2). The "Paradis" Hall, on the second floor, is approximately 85 m2.
